Ax3000 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms governing the use of the ax3000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the ax3000 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the ax3000 platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and ax3000 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The ax3000 platform is intended solely for individuals who are aged 18 years and above. Registration or use by individuals below the stipulated minimum age is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated without notice.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. ax3000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Users are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within their account.
Password Security
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. ax3000will not be liable for any loss resulting from password disclosure caused by the user's own negligence.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ax3000 support team immediately.
- Ax3000 reserves the right to suspend any account showing signs of suspicious activity for investigation purposes.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ax3000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: the user violates these terms and conditions; fraudulent or manipulative activity is suspected; the user provided false information during registration; or the account is involved in any activity that breaches applicable Malaysian law. Any remaining funds in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in place.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Permitted Use
Users are permitted to use the ax3000 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, including Sports Betting, casino games, lottery and other entertainment activities available on the platform. All use must comply with the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia.
Prohibited Use
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical tools to exploit or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing, lending, or transferring your account to another party under any circumstances.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, odds manipulation, or activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Distributing harmful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through any communication channel on the platform.

The ax3000 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. ax3000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ax3000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at ax3000's discretion.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal requirements are subject to limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. The latest information on these limits can be found in the user account dashboard.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the ax3000 account holder. ax3000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed a specified limit.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. ax3000 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or financial institution.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by ax3000 are subject to the specific terms set for each offer. The wagering requirement, validity period and maximum withdrawal limit for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. ax3000 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Ax3000 Liability Limit
The ax3000 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. ax3000 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ax3000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Ax3000 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including technical outages, third-party network failures, or force majeure events such as natural disasters or nationwide communication breakdowns.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ax3000 platform — including logos, visual designs, text, software, user interfaces, brand names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ax3000 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any such content without the express written consent of ax3000.
Any infringement of ax3000's intellectual property rights will be addressed through the appropriate legal procedures.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ax3000 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational, legal or business requirements. Users will be notified of any significant changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the ax3000 platform after an amendment has been communicated will be deemed as the user's consent to the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the ax3000 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should such negotiation fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
